The following is a list of errors that have been reported but not yet resolved:

• Occasional page errors, in some cases displaying that the "Server cannot append headers". This is a transient problem, and you can typically go back to the desired page successfully.

The following errors have been resolved in recent releases:

• 06/05/2024 We believe the recent server migration has resolved the issue with confirmation emails being rejected by some email servers.
• 09/30/2020 Clicking on the confirmation link reports an error and does not activate the account.
